Hello, we’re Daniel and Antenor Corzo, two Peruvian brothers who have dedicated our lives to the kitchen. We've worked in high-end restaurants across different countries, and after many years of learning, hard work and passion, we decided to create Salimar to share the best of our experience with you.
We cook with deep respect for our ingredients, love for our roots, and that special touch that only comes when you cook from the heart. From our “Award-Winning Ceviche” to the signature “Lomo Saltado” featured on our menu, every dish carries a story, a memory & a purpose.
